Muay Thai Mixed
This training focusses on improving the basics, learning new techniques and putting them into practice. Accuracy and speed are practised in partner exercises with foucs mitts and we work with pads to increase strength and explosiveness. Depending on the daily programme, the training is combined with bag exercises, sparring or clinching. Our Muay Thai Mixed is an intensive and varied training programme that is aimed at all levels: from beginners to advanced.
Muay Thai Friday
On Fridays, our Muay Thai training is organised into focus blocks. From 18:00 to 19:00, we focus on basics and drills. Then, from 19:00 to 19:30 we train with pads or on the bag, and from 19:30 onwards, it's sparring time. You can choose which training block you want to join. The training is suitable for all levels.Muay Thai Competition
Our Muay Thai Competition is aimed at advanced and ambitious members who have set themselves the goal of going into the ring, as well as competitors and their sparring partners. Specific skills are taught that are needed when stepping into the ring. Therefore, physically and mentally challenging sessions are the focus of this training. They prepare our members effectively for their competitions.
Muay Thai Women Only
Muay Thai Women Only - a training programme by women for women! Are you looking for a full-body workout that improves your strength and stamina? Where you can work out with like-minded women, give your self-confidence a boost and learn new Thai boxing techniques? Then you've come to the right place! Women of all levels are welcome to join!
Muay Thai Kids
Our Muay Thai Kids is aimed at girls and boys aged 8 to 14 who want to work out and learn new things in a fun way. At the same time, they are taught important basic values such as mutual respect, self-confidence and perseverance.
Open Mat
All our members with a Muay Thai membership can benefit from our Open Mat every Saturday. At the Open Mat, you can train independently and practise your newly learnt techniques with your training partners.

Functional Training
Performance enhancement, body stabilisation, fitness, strength building. Our Functional Training focuses on cleanly executed exercises with weights or your own body weight. This training is open to all fitness levels and can also be used as an ideal addition to your Muay Thai training.
Open Workout
